Tight or dry
Begin with comfort.
Notice whether tightness starts right after cleansing or builds through the day. Bring your cleanser and moisturizer names to your appointment.
At home: Choose gentle cleansing and consistent moisture. Peeling or irritated skin needs care before more exfoliation.
At your visit: Ask whether the Anti-Aging Facial suits your skin’s current condition or whether another approach would be more comfortable.
Congested or oily
Tell us where you notice it.
Describe whether congestion is concentrated around your nose, forehead, chin, or elsewhere. Mention tightness or sensitivity too, even if your skin also looks shiny.
At home: Keep track of the exfoliating products you already use. Bring their names so your esthetician can review the routine as a whole.
At your visit: The Clarifying Facial is the starting point to discuss. Its additional ICE Refining Masque step distinguishes it from the Anti-Aging path.
Dull or uneven
Look at the whole routine.
Tell us whether your concern is rough-feeling texture, a less radiant appearance, uneven-looking tone, or a combination. Those descriptions help focus your consultation.
At home: Bring your current cleanser, moisturizer, sunscreen, and active-product names. Avoid adding several new exfoliating products at once.
At your visit: Ask about the Anti-Aging Facial and its brightening-focused opening. Your esthetician will assess how much exfoliation is appropriate.
Sensitive or easily irritated
Make comfort the first conversation.
Tell us what tends to sting or cause discomfort, how long the irritation has lasted, and whether you have recently changed products or had another treatment.
At home: Avoid adding more exfoliation to skin that already feels irritated. Persistent symptoms deserve advice from a dermatologist.
At your visit: Speak with us before reserving an active seasonal treatment. Both autumn protocols include retinol and professional pumpkin exfoliation; another approach may be more suitable.
